Design
Every detail of this newly constructed home has meaning beyond its purpose. Built as a “labour of love”, the Bahamian-style architecture utilizes shiplap walls, widespread Cypress ceilings, and nautical-inspired furnishings from the courtyard to the bathrooms, all detailing that highly sought after and ever-so-charming Caribbean flair.
Common Space
The expansive property boasts 6,500 square feet of interior space with another 2,000 across its exterior, seamlessly integrating hybrid living at its finest. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a striking courtyard with swinging day beds, Bevolo lanterns, and a turtle pond. Once inside, a spacious living area fits any laid-back moment, while two balconies, a ground-level patio, and a backyard offer even more space to lay out, relax, and enjoy ocean views and tropical breezes.
Living and Dining
Here, any dinner becomes a cherished moment, with fourteen seats shared between the elegant dining table and 14-foot island. The gourmet kitchen comes complete with gas wolf range, pot filler, and Waterstone faucet, while the outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a coyote hybrid gas and charcoal grill, and outdoor dining table for ten.
Recreation
Between the 25-meter lap pool, the game room with table tennis and a full-size mahogany Brunswick pool table, and the well-equipped gym with weights and a Peloton bike, extracurriculars are simply standard operation at King’s View.
